Shawn has 25+ years of experience in Property management, Mold Remediation, Hurricane Recovery, Climate Control issues, & a wide variety of others! He has attended classes in Florida @ Prolabs Training to become a Certified Mold Inspector & Mold Remediator, he also receives constant update training from our sister company in South Florida on Water Damage Restoration & Disaster Recovery!

Shawn was on the ground in Freeport just days after Hurricane Dorian assisting RBC Bank, BWA, Teachers & Salaried Workers Co-operative Credit Union.. there he did everything from clean moldy money to Decontaminating BWA wholesalers warehouse & deep freezers due it being flooded by 8 foot of Storm surge!
Once in Freeport Shawn & his crew started mobilizing for Marsh Harbour, Abaco.. There they did Teachers & Salaried Workers Co-operative Credit Union Bank & the Entire Plaza behind it, Countless homes & businesses in Turtle Cay, Bakers Bay, Marsh Harbour, Hope Town, Abaco Mainland, all of this as him & his crew lived in the terrible conditions that followed the Hurricane! The experience & knowledge you gain from being in these type of situation can not be taught in any book & we hope for everyone’s sake it never happens to the Bahamas again!
He has helped many businesses in Nassau, Freeport, Exuma, & many other Islands solve their indoor air quality issues once & for all, by identifying the cause & setting a plan in place to keep it permanently under control, understanding mold, how it grows & why it’s growing in an area is what he does best!
