Terramar & Bill have been great, Bill is truly an expert in his field for which there is not a single problem he cannot solve. I have had to deal with mold issues on several occasions in my rental apartments, thanks to Bill the problems have always been resolved efficiently and effectively.

Great company! I had a mold remediation done by them, great workers very clean & organized, I would recommend them to any body I know that has a mold issue.

Bill and his crew responded to our call for help after our plumber declared that we were in need of moisture removal and mold testing. He came within an hour of my call to assess the situation. The crew sealed off the affected areas, removed all the damp construction material and hooked up blowers, negative air machines, etc.
Bill took pictures every step of the way in case the insurance adjuster needed them to complete the claim. All of the debris was removed and hauled away promptly and salvageable items were cleaned and left in an orderly manner. The entire area was scrubbed down with fungicide after the dry-out and then an air quality test was performed. He kept me informed every step of the way and had worked with my adjuster before, so was able to explain the situation to him in language that made it easier for the adjuster to do his job. Bill and his team are professional, reliable and I recommend them highly.

Great job! Bill is great and we were on a tight budget and he still gave us an affordable bid and did a great job! He knows so much and made mold remediation a lot easier to handle! Don't use anyone else!
